3. Apply a mixture of lemon juice and juice of amla to the scalp. This also helps control dandruff in the hair

4. Apply neem oil with coconut oil on the scalp or boil neem in water and apply the water on the scalp when cooled.

5. Fresh coriander juice can also be applied on the scalp to prevent hair fall.

6. Apply henna and egg white mixture on the scalp and hair rather than using hair color.

GOOD HUB-I agree with you totally about hormones and protein being crucial. I am on thyroid pills and the side effect is thick long hair I would have LOVED to have had when I was younger!!
