Moonlit Night

Everything is strange tonight

Every little to big creature is silent

Every single move in the nature is surprisingly unique

Tonight is flooded with moonlight.

Hardly any star in the sky

Only the moon and its playmate clouds

Playing hide and seek

Hundreds of fireflies down on the earth

As if a festival of silence and peace

Over time and space

With harmony and grace

Full moon floating on the sky

Kids lying on their mother’s lap

Expats in far terrain

Searching for their own moon

One single moon but infinitive different stories

As if a continuous epic

A full moon nothing but a cosmic object

But surprisingly illusive

The illusive soft light triggers all the colors down

Gives birth to a earth of chiaroscuro

Simultaneously switches on numerous dreams

Takes the human to nostalgia

Again drives the thoughts ahead the time

The same ancient charming moon

Emerges again and again in this ancient earth

But with new aspects and properties

In every phase, in every episode

Sometimes the known earth seems to be known

Sometimes the unexplored time appears to be experienced earlier.

Somewhere moon becomes the evidence of love

Somewhere moon comes down in the poets’ notebook

Somewhere moon symbolizes power and belief

Somewhere moon remains as the only proof of forbidden deeds

Whatever it is

It’s an occasion to celebrate the moonlit.

The full moon provokes thoughts

Drives the minds to be nomads

Leaves aspiration to someone

Gives nightmare to someone else

Whatever it is

It is an occasion of festival tonight

Tonight is to celebrate

It’s a moonlit night

It’s a night of light and grace
